Travel without leaving your fitness goals at home.
My signature step-by-step travel planning system that has helped me and my clients continue working towards fat loss and maintaining our physiques without having to choose between our goals and the trip.
Travel isn't the problem.
The lack of a plan is.
You don't need another list of "healthy travel tips."
You need a framework that teaches you what actually matters for your trip so you can stop overthinking every meal, enjoy the experience, and come home feeling proud instead of feeling like you have to start over.
The Travel Blueprint is the step-by-step planning framework that helps you make confident decisions before your trip even begins so you can enjoy the experience without constantly wondering if you're ruining your progress.
With The Travel Blueprint, you'll learn how to:
✓ Know exactly what matters for your trip before you even leave.
✓ Enjoy your vacation with confidence instead of second-guessing every decision.
✓ Come home ready to continue your progress—not restart it.
The best vacations aren't the ones where you eat perfectly. They're the ones you come home proud of.
Thank you

Ever notice how every vacation seems to follow the same pattern?
You spend the weeks leading up to your trip promising yourself that this time will be different. You plan to stay on track, make better choices, and enjoy yourself without losing your progress.
But once you arrive, every meal feels like a decision you have to negotiate. Should you track? Should you order dessert? Do you need to work out to "earn" dinner? After a few days of overthinking every bite, you stop thinking altogether and tell yourself, "I'll just get back on track when I get home."
You return feeling bloated, guilty, and convinced you've undone all of your hard work, not because you enjoyed your vacation, but because you never had a plan for how to navigate it in the first place.
Imagine if vacation didn’t throw you off ..
What I have discovered is that vacation isn't what throws you off track.
Trying to make your plan on the fly and in the moment is what throws you off track.
Without a plan ..
Every meal feels like a big deal.
Every workout feels like a chore.
Every indulgence feels like a failure.
And before you know it, you've spent more time thinking about food and your steps goal than actually enjoying the trip you were so excited to take.
The problem isn't your discipline.
It's that no one has ever shown you how to build a plan before the vacation even begins.
Most women think vacation automatically means going off track.
It doesn't.
You're simply entering a different season—one that requires a different strategy.
The plan is what gives you permission to enjoy the trip.
Because when you've already decided what matters before you leave...
You don't spend your vacation negotiating with yourself.
You spend it making memories.
And that's exactly what The Travel Blueprint was designed to help you do.
Thank you
So...What Is The Travel Blueprint?
The Travel Blueprint isn't another list of travel tips you'll forget before your flight.
It's a step-by-step planning framework that helps you decide what actually matters before your trip even begins. So you can step into Day 1 of your trip knowing how to make decisions that align with the goals you're currently working towards.
Whether that's fat loss, building muscle or simply maintaining your physique.
Because every vacation is different.
A girls' weekend isn't a work conference.
An all-inclusive resort isn't a family camping trip.
A business trip isn't a European vacation.
So why would they all have the same strategy?
Instead of giving you a list of rules...
The Travel Blueprint teaches you how to build a plan that fits your trip, your goals, and your life—so you can spend less time overthinking your decisions and more time enjoying the experience.
And come home still feeling lean, proud and ready to dive back in.

Your Flight Plan
Five stops. One destination.
A vacation you actually enjoy—and a routine you don't have to rebuild when you get home.

Why This Isn't Another Travel Guide
Let's be honest...
You've probably heard the same travel advice before.
✔ Eat your protein.

It's that it doesn't tell you what to do when real life happens.
Should you track?
Should you order dessert?
Do you need to work out today?
Will this meal ruin your progress?
That's where most women get stuck.
The Travel Blueprint doesn't give you another list of rules. It gives you a simple framework for making confident decisions based on your trip, your goals, and your priorities—so you can stop overthinking every meal and simply enjoy the experience.

The Story Behind the Framework

When I first became a coach, I thought I had travel figured out.
I knew all the "right" things to do. Prioritize protein. Stay active. Drink plenty of water. Enjoy myself without going overboard. It was the same advice I was giving my clients, and on paper, it made perfect sense.
But every time I travelled, I found myself running into the same problem.
I'd either try to force my normal routine into a vacation that looked nothing like my life at home, or I'd swing to the opposite extreme and convince myself that because I was on vacation, none of it mattered. There never seemed to be a middle ground.
When I came home, I'd feel disappointed. Not because I'd enjoyed myself, but because I knew I hadn't been intentional. I'd spent the trip reacting instead of making decisions with confidence, and I'd always feel like I was starting from scratch again.
The turning point came when I stopped asking myself, "How do I stay on track?" and started asking a different question:
"What does success actually look like for this trip?"
That one question changed everything.
Instead of trying to make every vacation fit the same set of rules, I started planning around the trip I was actually taking. I looked at where I was going, who I was travelling with, what I'd have access to, how long I'd be away, and what I wanted to get out of the experience.
Some trips meant fitting in a few workouts because I knew they helped me feel energized. Other trips meant simply prioritizing movement through walking and exploring. Sometimes tracking my food made sense. Other times it didn't. The difference was that I had already made those decisions before I packed my suitcase.
For the first time, I came home from a vacation feeling proud instead of guilty. I didn't feel like I had to undo the trip or punish myself for enjoying it. I simply unpacked my bags and picked up where I left off. I was able to travel during a fat loss phase and SEE progress for the first time in my life.
That's when I realized something.
This wasn't just changing the way I travelled.
It was changing the way I coached.
I realized that for years, I'd been giving clients the same generic travel advice everyone else gives. Eat protein. Drink water. Get your steps in. Enjoy yourself. While those things are all helpful, they weren't solving the real problem.
The real problem was that no one had ever taught us how to build a plan before the vacation even began.
So I started teaching my clients the same framework I had created for myself.
The result wasn't that they came home lighter or that they never enjoyed dessert again.
The result was that they came home feeling confident.
They stopped spending their vacations negotiating with themselves over every meal. They stopped believing that every trip had to end with "I'll start again on Monday." They learned how to adapt their habits to fit the season they were in without abandoning themselves in the process.
That's why I created The Travel Blueprint.
Not because I love to travel—although I absolutely do.
I created it because I also love feeling good and smashing goals while going on adventures.
And I truly believe you shouldn't have to choose between making memories and making progress.
You deserve both.

And I’m not the only one…
Since introducing this framework inside my coaching program, I've watched my clients completely change the way they approach travel—and more importantly, the way they feel when they come home. They've been able to continue losing body fat, while traveling, having meals out, enjoying drinks, and being away from home all thanks to pre-planning and realistic expectations.
"For the first time, I got to enjoy my vacation before it even started."
"I realized that if I hadn't worked through the Travel Blueprint beforehand, I would've spent the entire trip stressing about food instead of enjoying Nashville. Having a plan completely changed how I experienced the trip."
Gladys G.
"This was the first camping trip I didn't come home feeling guilty about."
"Normally I'd eat chips, snack all weekend, and come home feeling like I'd undone all my progress. Planning ahead completely changed that."
Brittany B.
"I didn't need to start over when I got home."
"I came home two pounds heavier on the scale—but instead of panicking, I knew exactly why. I felt confident, got right back into my routine, and kept moving forward."
Louise M.

The Travel Blueprint is a digital download, which means you'll receive instant access as soon as you purchase. You can read it on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print it out if you'd rather have a physical copy to work through before each trip. My goal is for this to become a resource you come back to every time you travel—not something you read once and forget about.
Not at all. While I do teach macro tracking inside my coaching program, this guide is designed for anyone who wants to feel more confident navigating travel. Whether you track macros, use the Balanced Plate Method, or simply want a realistic approach to making better decisions while you're away, the framework will help you create a plan that fits your goals and your lifestyle.
Honestly... all of them. That's exactly why I created this framework.
The Travel Blueprint isn't built around one specific type of vacation. Instead, it teaches you how to create a strategy based on the trip you're actually taking. Whether you're heading to an all-inclusive resort, going on a girls' weekend, camping with family, travelling for work, taking a cruise, or simply getting away for a few days, you'll learn how to adapt your approach so it makes sense for your environment instead of trying to force the same plan onto every trip.
That's completely okay—and honestly, this guide isn't just for people in a fat-loss phase.
Maybe your goal is maintaining your progress. Maybe it's feeling energized throughout your trip, avoiding the "vacation hangover," or simply coming home feeling proud of how you took care of yourself. Whatever your goal looks like, this framework helps you travel with intention instead of leaving everything up to chance.
The Travel Blueprint doesn't include one-on-one coaching, but I like to think of it as having my coaching brain packed into your suitcase.
Inside, I'll walk you through the exact framework I use with my coaching clients to help them plan their trips, set realistic expectations, and make confident decisions before they ever leave home. And if you work through the guide and decide you'd like more personalized support, I'd love to chat with you about my coaching programs and help you figure out which option would be the best fit.
